**Holiday supplement for Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks $650 per week.

All rates include the cleaning fee but not the 9% tax.

In the low season excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks the second floor may be rented for $1200 per week and then the 1st floor or 3rd floor guest room may be rented for guests as needed when available for $65 nightly or $400 weekly. Pelican Point can also be rented monthly in the low season for $4,400 a month.
