As the highest home along this stretch of beach there are unimpaired views in all directions. Stately ocean views from the the master bedroom. The master bath, constructed from Italian travertine, has its own deck with views of the ocean. The guest bedroom with its queen bed and own bath opens onto a separate large deck overlooking the ocean. And, the sitting room that adjoins the bedroom has a daybed situated underneath windows with ocean views.

You enter the house on the second floor through a large screen porch where you can eat, sleep, and relax any time of day—it has westerly as well as easterly views so you can see both the sunset and rise.
French doors connect the porch to a large living room with heart pine floors, six ceiling fans, antique pieces and comfortable old rockers. The kitchen and dining area open onto the living room and also have panoramic ocean views.

Charming and affordable first floor studio apartment right on the ocean sleeps up to 4 in the sleeping area.
There is a comfortable living area with a flatscreen TV and DVD, kitchenette with a full refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen sink, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The first floor sits behind the dune but you have direct access right to the beach on the house's boardwalk. All linens and dishes are included. You can rent this apartment for just $500 per week or $1500 per month.
There is also the option of renting the 3rd floor guestroom and bath for $65 per night for overnight guests.
This studio apartment is perfect for a single person or 2 snowbirds on a budget.
